Hevea villa experience

Fantastic!! Highly recommend!!
My husband and I stayed at Hevea Villas for 6 nights and once we arrived, we weren’t disappointed. Just like the photos on the website! Private oasis, literally! Only a few minutes walk to the shops and restaurants but far enough away to not hear the traffic. Clean and tidy all around the place. 24/7 security guards at the gates. Staff were all so great, every single one always had a smile and greetings every time. We had Ayu as our butler and she was so kind, caring and helpful! Nothing was a worry for her to ask for she went above and beyond to make us comfortable and help with questions about everything all around, great knowledge and communication. Cooked breakfast every morning, from a good sized menu, you tell a time and she comes half hour before that to set the table do the cooking and then she also cleans up, omg not having to do the dishes, yes please! Always cleaned up and the villa got cleaned every day fresh everything and they do your laundry if needed. Private pool, oh my it was worth it, never go to Bali without having a private pool, to escape the heat of the day and just to relax away from the hustle chaos and totally chill out, we were so happy at this villa! And we loved the nature around us, it made it so comforting and totally zen, perfect! Highly recommend! We went for our anniversary and they had a beautiful romantic display on our bed on arrival, so special! They have larger villas which are equally beautiful we will be staying here again for sure and when we bring our 3 kids! Such a beautiful place!
Absolutely beautiful! Words cannot describe how much we enjoyed our stay here. We stayed in the One Bedroom Villa for 10 nights. We had two butlers who made sure our experience was amazing - Yuli & Agus. They were both such beautiful people & always happy to help. Breakfast cooked in the villa daily was always great! Good choice of food, always fresh & full of flavour. The villa itself is beautiful. So much space & very clean. The pool was big & always the perfect temperature for a cool down day or night. Bed was very comfortable as well! You always felt safe with staff or security on site outside your villa, even overnight. Location was perfect for our needs - close enough to walk places as well as arrange taxi trips around Legian / Seminyak. Convenience store & reliable ATM only a very short walk away. My partner organised a surprise proposal prior to arriving which was so special to arrive to! Thank you to the staff for organising this. It will be something we never forget. Better private villa than hotel!~♡
However, it's a good idea to go to a private place once, and I figured it was much better than a hotel. Everyone was very kind at first, and every time we walked in and out of the front door, we were kindly welcomed. There's a personal butler attached, so if you need anything, chat will answer almost immediately. (Thank you to our buttler AYU~!) I made some delicious food, but it's a good thing. I felt good thanks to the staff who kept hold of me until I checked out and greeted me carefully for whether I left anything! Next time I go, I'll visit again. Great recreation, Quiet location Privacy was respected
For this price range, Hevea Villa 1 was well equipped for 2 people. The privacy was given we had a super nice butler Ketut (and his representative Lucy) who has freshly prepared breakfast every day for us in his own small kitchen and cleaned and arranged the beds bathroom and kitchen. We had booked 5 days and spent a great time. Adi was in charge of the transfer and day trips he was always helpful and a very sympathetic staff member who gave us great recommendations for restaurant and trips against. Best stay ever!
It was fantastic from start to finish! We stayed at Villa Rama for a total of 5 nights and loved it. Our butler Ayu was a very warm, nice and helpful woman. Not only did she prepare a wonderful breakfast for us every morning, she also booked our day trips for us in no time at all and informed the drivers. We wanted to go to Nusa Penida one day and Uluwatu the next. We could also always contact her via WhatsApp for any other questions. She always took care of our concerns. Thank you Ayu! The bedroom, bathroom, outdoor area and pool were always clean and were also cleaned daily. We also used the laundry service and received the clean laundry back the same evening. We always felt very safe in the house as there was always security outside the house. Although the villa is very centrally located in Seminyak, it was very quiet. Everything is easily accessible, whether on foot or by gojek (motorcycle Uber). In the immediate vicinity are supermarkets, massage parlors, beauty salons and Seminyak Beach is a 15-minute walk away. Great service and beautiful location
We stayed here with our three teens while in town for a wedding. Before our stay, the villa contacted us to make airport transportation arrangements; they were quick to reply to messages and answer questions. The three-bedroom villa was spacious -- large rooms and a lovely outdoor seating area -- and the private pool was beautiful. The butler provided everything we needed, including arranging for taxis and giving us advice about places to go. Everything at hevea Villa adds to our experience in Bali
Check-in: We arrived at Bali Airport in the early hours of the morning and arrived at the Villa close to two o'clock. The butler, Agus, and the security guards were waiting for us and intimately prepared a welcome drink for our stay, giving us a quick and comprehensive overview of everything about the Villa. Location: Villa location is very convenient, Villa offers snacks to buy, there is a convenience store outside the door, just a few minutes walk to Seminyak sandy beach and commercial streets along the alleyway scenery is very interesting, there are a lot of dining options nearby. Facilities: The facilities are very complete and well designed. The yard is covered with plants, the plants and the pool are regularly maintained and cleaned up, the living room is open plan and everything we need in the sofa, dining table, coffee table, kitchen can be found. We live in a two-story three-room room type, bedroom size has some distinction, bathroom has 24-hour hot water, storage space is rich, the scenery outside the window is beautiful, you can hear birds in the morning, wake up and open the curtains to see the blue sky green trees flowers to open a beautiful day, people close to nature will like it very much. Service: Our butler, the Agus, is very gracious and comes to the Villa every morning to prepare breakfast and clean for us according to our needs, will intimately introduce us to everything inside and outside the Villa and also book us a restaurant. Also, we went to the beach to play the afternoon of our Check-out and were pleasantly surprised to be able to go back to the Villa to take a shower even though we had Check-out. Overall, Villas are so good in terms of amenities, scenery and services that we have largely not generated demand outside the service. Very nice stay in Seminyak
The accommodation , which we occupied is a 2 bedroom Villa, living room and small kitchen, very nice pool, all in a very beautiful setting and was beyond our expectations. Wonderful Villa for a family holiday
Hevea Villa 4 was excellent - spacious, each room had a large en suite, the beds were very comfortable, the kitchen and living space had everything you might need, the pool and garden was lovely. The staff were wonderful and couldn’t do enough for us, especially our butler Ayu. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Would highly recommend staying here.
