Relaxing at Hevea Villas
The Villas were about 150m from Jl.Kayu Aya( eat street ). It was lovely and quiet and the set up for our 2Brm villa was great , clean and very comfortable. The staff were fantastic and welcoming including the manager Ardita. Our butler Putu was a great cook doing our breakfast each morning with nothing being too much trouble. Perfect
The villa was absolutely gorgeous, the pictures don’t do it justice. We loved every second, the pool was so clean and refreshing. Our daily breakfast was so tasty and we had such variety - the Indonesian breakfast is a must! Our butler Ayu was so lovely, helpful and kind. She truly made our stay such a dream and we are so thankful for her! She even cooked us a traditional dinner, it was absolutely amazing, she is a great cook! Hevea Villas in Seminyak is the perfect getaway
The villa was beautiful and the location is 10/10! Only a few minutes walk to everything you need in Seminyak but the villa is away from noise and perfect for relaxing in your own paradise. The garden, outdoor seating area and pool were much bigger than we thought it would be and we could have spent the whole two weeks in the villa. There’s an indoor living area separating the two bedrooms that has access from each room but can be locked if you need privacy or stay open for families if needed. The rooms are perfect temperature day and night and the beds are super comfy! Agus, our butler, was incredible, friendly and very thoughtful and made our time in Bali even more enjoyable, especially for my parents first time visit and decorated our villa beautifully for my mums birthday as a surprise for her. Everything we needed was already waiting for us and we had a constant supply of things like coffee/tea, cold drinking water, bathroom and shower supplies, clean towels and breakfast was perfect every morning which was made by Agus in the villa kitchen. The staff were always on hand for any requests we had and the gardener came every day. Our driver Adi always had a smile on his face and took us to Ubud for the day and picked up my parents up from the airport on arrival at short notice. All the staff including the villa manager made us feel comfortable and like family. Thank you Agus and the rest of the villa team for an amazing holiday. Unbelievable paradise in the middle of Seminyak
Our stay at Hevea Villas was exceptional from our first day to our last day. The manager greeted us on arrival and showed us to our massive 2 bedroom pool deluxe villa which was unbelievable! Our butler, Agus, made the stay unforgettable and nothing was too much trouble for him. He made us breakfast daily and cleaned the rooms to a very high standard. He was incredibly friendly and made sure we had everything we needed and we were as comfortable as possible. Our driver Adi was very professional and had a lot of knowledge about Bali and rock and roll! Our day out with him was easy and he was happy to accommodate our plans which changed on the day. The pool staff were also in every day to make sure the villa gardens and pool were clean for us after breakfast. The beds were comfortable and having proper coffee with an espresso machine was a great surprise and clean filtered drinking water from a dispenser really made a huge difference! Paradise in Seminyak.
Little bit of paradise in the middle of Seminyak 🥰. The staff were amazing from the security on the gates to the gardeners who come every day to check the pool and clean up fallen flower petals. The manager checked in often to see if there was anything else they could do for us. Adi the driver was a mountain of knowledge on our tour and nothing was a problem when we changed our plans on the go. Special thanks to Agus our butler who came everyday and cooked breakfast in our kitchen and cleaned the rooms, he was absolutely fantastic, such a nice man 🥰 shared lots of history with us and if we chatted to him about needing anything it just appeared 😁 he made our holiday so memorable, even decorating our rooms for special occasions. Beautiful Villa in Seminyak

The best family holiday you can possibly have
We (wife and I) travelled with in-laws and our toddler and were after somewhere our boy could have pool and a room to himself. This immediately ticked most boxes and the staff helped modify a room to satisfy the remaining things we needed to feel the toddler would be comfortable. It has more charm and comfort than we could have dreamed of. We had an absolutely exceptional butler (Suci) who went above and beyond for us every day. Our toddler still asks where she is and wants to go back to Bali. We also had a terrific driver (Adi) who took us for a tour down to Uluwatu and surrounds. The manager was extremely kind and helpful, particularly as we had to do some contingency planning with him if the active volcano impeded our departure (it didn’t but he was ready to help us without hesitation). The location is very central but near silent apart from scooters using the small access lane. Zero party noise. For general travel, the “Grab” service (Indonesian Uber equivalent) costs almost nothing and is incredibly efficient. Our villa pool was always warm, rooms have mosquito nets and daily bug spraying, air con controlled in the rooms, open plan dining, sensational breakfasts, complementary bottled water and bug repellant. The charm of the villas cannot be overstated as well. Beautifully decorated and set up. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful from gardeners to security staff and everyone else around. The best villa with the perfect Butler
The villa is the best we have stayed in and we have stayed in ALOT. The villa is as per the photos, very clean, spacious, modern with everything you need. Our personal butler Gusti could not do enough for us. He was just amazing. His breakfasts were soooo good, we tried different options and all were as good as each other. A little paradise

Wonderful Villa for a family holiday
Hevea Villa 4 was excellent - spacious, each room had a large en suite, the beds were very comfortable, the kitchen and living space had everything you might need, the pool and garden was lovely. The staff were wonderful and couldn’t do enough for us, especially our butler Ayu. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Would highly recommend staying here.
