A wonderful place to stay
Our large family group of 15 had the most wonderful time at Havea Villas.They are spacious, comfortable and beautiful and are well located for the beach. We could all relax in the peace and calm of the villa but within minutes could be in a busy centre with great shops restaurants bars and spas. We really appreciated the air conditioned rooms and the very comfortable beds. The gardens and good sized pool were well maintained and we had lazy days just chilling on the sun loungers. We were so well looked after by put our butler Putu. He cooked a great breakfast, helped organise our trips and generally made sure we had everything we needed. All the staff were exceptional, they made us welcome and nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend thr Balinese bbq with dancers. I highly recommend Hevea Villa.
Hevea Villa was a really nice accommodation. The location was very close to the city, the facilities were clean, and all the facilities, including the beds, were good. The breakfast that Butler Ayu came and cooked for us in the morning was very delicious and fresh. The dining and cooking area can be separated from the sleeping area to prevent bugs such as ants from entering the accommodation. It was also great that there was a hot and cold water dispenser so there was no need to purchase additional water. The swimming pool was also quite deep, so it was nice to enjoy, and the landscaping around it was well done with flowers, making it very beautiful. It was nice to be able to swim in a clean environment as fallen flower petals were cleaned up every morning and the water was continuously purified. The room was cleaned once in the morning and again when I went out of town in the evening, so I was able to stay in a very comfortable environment. Amazing service & a quiet slice of paradise in the heart of Seminyak
We cannot speak highly enough of Hevea Villas. My husband and I and our 3yr old recently stayed for a week for the second time and as soon as we stepped foot back into our favourite villa, we were instantly relaxed and happy (after travelling overnight with a child and arriving at 3am!). There were fresh juices on arrival and friendly faces to greet us, even at that crazy hour. The villas are always clean and well kept and the lawns and gardens are lush. All of the staff are incredibly friendly and accomodating from security to the gardeners (special mention to the lovely Ketut), the butlers and even the manager drops in to give a personal welcome. But the standout for us is our incredible concierge (butler), Ayu, who looks after us for the duration of our stay. She has made our two stays so incredibly pleasant and relaxing and nothing is too much to ask. She is so warm and caring to us and especially with our little boy (& even takes him for a walk around the villas so mum & dad can have their coffee hot!). She helped us book anything we needed, printed and sent important documents for us and helped decorate the villa to throw our son a party for his birthday while we were out. Her attention to detail is amazing & she has absolutely become part of our Bali family. Breakfast is included and freshly prepared by the concierge in your villa kitchen and it is 10/10. The Indonesian breakfast is delicious there is just so much yummy food & fresh fruit. The villas are in a prime position in the heart of Seminyak, but set 200m back so you don’t hear the hustle and bustle at all! There is a Circle K convenience store 30m from the villa and an amazing real coffee shop 150m up the lane! A cruisey 10 minute walk down the lane leads you to Ku De Ta or if you walk parallel on the main drag there’s plenty of restaurants and shopping. We organised a pool fence to be installed ahead of time through Hevea which was no trouble and always good peace of mind when travelling with young kids. We travelled with 2 other families who stayed in other villas in Seminyak and they both were in love with our place and the service. Our private pool is crystal clear and the lawn green and lush with lots of sun & space - even the outdoor bathroom is lovely & filled with plants. The villas are very kid-friendly and there are a few different bedroom/configurations available. As mentioned, breakfast is included and if you don’t feel like cooking anything basic in the full kitchen, any meals can be easily delivered via Gojek or Grab. My husband and I can’t speak highly enough of Hevea Villas - or as our son calls it, Ayu’s House. We will be back for a week in Hevea paradise every time we return to Bali!

As good as we last remembered....
Still as good as I last remembered. We have stayed at Hevea Villas multiple times since the kids were toddlers and now tweens. The main street in Seminyak is getting alot more crowded/ noiser but the villas are situated in a quiet little gang off Jalan Laksmana at the start of Seminyak close to Corner House (restaurant) and Coco Supermarket. The 2 bedroom villa is ideal for us with our 2 kids, it has an outdoor pool for swimming/dips and an open living room space. Patrick owns and runs the set of villas and has a team of staff that he has kept pre Covid. Each villa has a dedicated butler and we had Ketut for our stay who organised our breakfast. Beautiful location with every comfort.
We stayed there for 3 days. Beautiful villa (2 bedroom), very friendly and helpful staff, Adi from Hevea Villas was our driver and guide, Gusti was our butler and made us a great breakfast. The private (warm) swimming pool was a nice asset! Located near the lively center of Seminyak (but very quiet in the villa in the evening), only a 15-20 minute walk from the beach. Perfect!
A perfect stay for our family. We could not have asked for more! We felt very cared for by all the wondeful people at Hevea. The Villa was perfect for our family and extremely clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay again! It was walking distance to lots of great shopping and restsurants. We feel very fortunate for our time there. Great extended family stay at Hevea - impeccable service!
We just got back from a 9 night stay at Hevea - staying in both the 3 bedroom deluxe and 3 bedroom villas (which can adjoin through the gardens). The airport transfers were a breeze and started off our stay fantastically. We had Ketut and Sherly as our butlers who made delicious breakfasts each morning. The omelette is a standout and Ketut makes a mean coffee. They also did such a great job of a daily clean. Ketut was so great with my 18 mo and 7yo - making sure they had their food first. The villas a traditional Balinese style - with an open air lounge. But all bedrooms have excellent air con. The pools are fabulous - great temperature and clean. We had a pool fence on both because of the baby which was no hassle for the staff. Hevea was a beautiful home away from home. So spacious and clean. The service is the standout. From the security to the butlers - everyone knew our names and were so friendly. The location was awesome! A nice quiet alleyway with a Circle K, laundry, spas (both cheap and fancy), and great coffee within 100m. Plus you are a 5 min walk (max) to the Main Street. The staff organised a traditional suckling pig and mixed grill bbq for my husbands 40th, as well as fire dancers - such a special experience and one of the best meals we had all trip. The staff were so beautiful and decorated the villa for the night celebration too. A huge thank you to all the Hevea staff! The best accomodation in Seminyak

Great well located villa with excellent staff
Lovely villas, well located in a quiet area, but walking distace to heart of Seminyak and the beach. The two bed villa was very comfortable, with a lovely pool. The staff were all outstanding, Ketut our butler looked after us well and catered for all our needs. Adi our driver was very knowlegdeable and friendly. Relaxing holiday, excellent villa with great service.
This is my second stay at Hevea Villas both times in the very authentic 3-bedroom villa. I love how the living area is inside but outside which lets you enjoy the great warm weather but air-conditioned bedrooms so you can sleep well. Loved having a butler to help us out with everything including motorbike rental, massages, and transfers but most importantly the specially prepared breakfast each morning. Fabulous pool to relax in and cool down after a big day out. fabulous will go back many times.
